Our eyebrow waxing service begins with a consultation to discuss your desired shape and assess your skin. We cleanse and prepare the area, apply high-quality wax, and efficiently remove unwanted hair. Post-waxing care includes soothing the skin and perfecting the shape with tweezing, if needed. For best results, hair should be ¼ inch long. Inform us of any medications (especially Accutane or retinoids) or skin conditions. Avoid sun exposure and exfoliation 24 hours before and after. Some redness is normal. We maintain strict hygiene and prioritize your safety. Results typically last 2-6 weeks. Contact us with any questions.
Cancellation Policy
Newwbrows Esthetics Policy - Appointments & Payments I. Appointments & Scheduling: Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Online booking may require an account. A credit card may be required to secure your booking. Consultations: Complimentary consultations are required for certain services (e.g., microblading, microneedling) and recommended for others. Cancellation & Rescheduling: 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling. Failure to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service. Repeated cancellations/no-shows will require a full payment for future bookings. Notify us by phone or reply to your confirmation email. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the full-service price still applicable. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Future appointments will require full payment. Appointment Reminders: We may send reminders, but it's your responsibility to remember your appointments. II. Payment & Fees: Payment Methods: We accept [Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap]. We do not accept personal checks. Pricing: Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Confirm pricing at booking. Taxes will be added. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for services. Gratuities: Gratuities are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card.
