Newwbrows Esthetics Policy - Appointments & Payments I. Appointments & Scheduling: Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Online booking may require an account. A credit card may be required to secure your booking. Consultations: Complimentary consultations are required for certain services (e.g., microblading, microneedling) and recommended for others. Cancellation & Rescheduling: 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling. Failure to provide notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service. Repeated cancellations/no-shows will require a full payment for future bookings. Notify us by phone or reply to your confirmation email. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the full-service price still applicable. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Future appointments will require full payment. Appointment Reminders: We may send reminders, but it's your responsibility to remember your appointments. II. Payment & Fees: Payment Methods: We accept [Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap]. We do not accept personal checks. Pricing: Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.
